Keep useful AI work with the decisions and constraints behind it. Build on what you already worked out, then share that starting point when someone else takes over.
A plan records the actions. The conversation holds why you chose that audience, what you ruled out and what still needs checking.
Save a reviewable summary beside the result. When you return, those decisions become part of the starting point you give your AI.
AI chats move on.
Important work shouldn’t.
Start with agency owners. Test a guided pilot before expanding the launch.
A broad self-serve launch. Revisit after the first pilots.
Confirm the offer with two pilot customers before writing the final outreach.
Bring a useful file, its reviewed context and its recorded inputs into a new task. Choose an example to see what carries forward.
Records inputs supplied through Exagram. Other inputs can be added to the context summary.
Illustrative workflow. Context summaries are editable; recorded input revisions show what Exagram supplied.
Share a selected file or collection with the context you choose. A colleague can see what was decided, understand the limits and continue from that revision in a supported AI.
They can inspect the work in a browser before connecting an AI. Their own result becomes their next starting point.
Share the work.
Give them the decisions behind it.
A few practical foundations make it easier to return, revise and share.
Update the same file across tasks. Compare changes and restore earlier work when you need it.
Organise work by project or client. Find a starting point outside the conversation.
Download your files and export your saved work. Keep working in the AI you already use.
Add Exagram to a supported ChatGPT or Claude app. Choose the work it can access.
Ask your AI to save a useful file with a summary of the decisions and constraints. Review the context attached to it.
Ask for the saved work and its context in a new conversation. Continue, save a revision or share a starting point.
Exagram keeps a saved file’s revisions, a reviewable context summary and the input revisions supplied through Exagram together as one reusable record. You choose what to preserve and what to share.
You ask your AI to save useful work with a short summary of the task, decisions, constraints and next steps. You can review and edit the summary. Exagram records source revisions it supplied; a summary of the conversation is a separate, editable record.
Yes. Start with your own work and use it in a later task. When sharing helps, choose a file or collection and the people who can access it.
Everyday work follows the Current Revision, the newest approved one. For a price list, signed-off brief or policy, pin a Grant or Link to one approved Revision: its reader keeps that Revision while you publish newer ones. Under manual approval, a new Revision waits as Pending until you approve it, and readers keep the Current Revision until then. Earlier Revisions stay in history.
ChatGPT and Claude are the launch integrations. We’ll publish the supported apps and their setup instructions at launch.
