Set a separate client workspace and named Connection for each client. A Client A Connection cannot search, read, write, or share Client B work through Exagram. Redaction strips emails, phone numbers and ID numbers before anything is returned.

AI can create revisions faster than you can name them. Exagram keeps every revision under one file. Mark one Approved for AI, and that is the version the Client Connection gets next. For normal team work, the newest revision is simply the latest shared output.
