The rules for using Exagram Cloud and the Exagram apps.
These terms are an agreement between you and CLVER Corporation Ltd., a company in Thailand. In these terms, "we" means CLVER Corporation Ltd. We operate Exagram Cloud and the Exagram iPhone, Mac and web apps.

A Self-hosted Exagram is governed by whoever runs it and by the license of the software. The open source code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 only. Code in ee/ directories is not covered by that license. See the LICENSE file.
Give accurate information when you create an account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for the activity under your account.
You are also responsible for the AI tools you connect as Connections. A Connection acts as you, within its scopes and any Folder Access you set.
You keep ownership of what you upload and of what your AI tools save to Exagram. You give us only the permission we need to store, process, display and share that content as you direct. That includes the Grants and Links you create.
You are responsible for having the rights to your content and for whom you share it with.
Do not use Exagram for unlawful content, malware or material that infringes the rights of others. Do not abuse other people.
Do not try to break the security of Exagram, to access the data of other people, or to overload the service. Rate limits apply.
AI edit sends the text being edited and your instruction to a third-party AI model. The Privacy policy says who handles that data.
AI output can be wrong. Review it before you rely on it.
We provide Exagram "as is". It may change or be interrupted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
You can stop using Exagram at any time. To ask for your account to be deleted, email ranatchai@cleverse.com.
We may end your access if you break these terms.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The laws of Thailand govern these terms.
We post changes on this page with a new date. If you keep using Exagram after a change, you accept the new terms.
